But instead of that, we experienced a whirl of happy days and disappointments and ended up like puppets in a world of ever-changing pandemic measures. However, we have never stopped watching ahead and don’t intend to.

Looking at the future, it’s time for a change. Based on your wishes, the Smart Season Pass has become simpler and unified.

All season passes have been joined to one PREMIUM Smart Season Pass 2021/22, which will open the door to the best mountain adventures. You, skiers won’t be limited by crossed-out days and availability of resorts anymore. You deserve to think only of skiing and sweep everything else from your mind.

The PREMIUM Smart Season Passes won’t have any crossed-out days and will be valid in the following ski resorts: Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, Szczyrk (SMR), Mölltaler Gletscher, Ankogel Mallnitz, Špindlerův Mlýn and Ještěd. This means you can ski in 4 countries on more than 200 kilometres of pistes. Every season pass can be used for night skiing in Jasná, Špindlerův Mlýn, Ještěd and Szczyrk (SMR) too. The new season passes offer truly unlimited freedom to each and every skier.

What if I have a season pass for this season?

If you own any Smart Season Pass type for this season, there is a new compensation form at the best price. Instead of the season pass refund in the form of credit, you can exchange your pass for a new PREMIUM Smart Season Pass 2021/22.

How much do I have to pay for the exchange?

Every exchange charge is individual and consists of these 2 factors:

It depends how many skiing days have been completed in this season. There are several day categories:

1-6 completed skiing days

What if I don’t manage to decide or rather want to have my current season pass refunded in the form of credit based on the Smart Compensation?

Skiers will have their credit added according to the terms and conditions specified in the Smart Compensation based on the number of completed skiing days and limitation days when our resorts were closed. If you don’t exchange your season pass until 30.4.2021 (including) or you prefer the credit compensation, you don’t need to do anything and the respective credit amount will be added to your personal Gopass account after 9.5.2021.

With pandemic restrictions being stricter and stricter, it looks like we won’t ski anymore. Unless something special happens, you can count with the following assumed number of limitation days in individual countries:

Slovakia: 100 and more days
Czech Republic: 100 and more days
Poland: Compensation terms are adapted to local state requirements and laws

There will be only one Smart Season Pass type in the 2021/22 season. It will be valid in the following ski resorts: Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, Szczyrk (SMR), Mölltaler Gletscher, Ankogel Mallnitz, Špindlerův Mlýn and Ještěd. In total, you can ski with it in 4 countries on more than 200 kilometres of pistes. The season pass can be used for night skiing in Jasná, Ještěd, Špindlerův Mlýn and Szczyrk (SMR) as well. In addition, there won’t be any crossed-out days of the season and other limitations.
Already before the 2020/21 season, a special Smart Guarantee system defined the conditions for potential limitations due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other emergency events. To comply with the wishes of our most loyal clients, one more compensation system has been introduced to enable Smart Season Pass deferral to the 2021/22 season and extending its validity to the PREMIUM version of the 2020/21 season.
Smart Season Passes PREMIUM 2021/22 are now available based on a special offer only to owners of Smart Season Passes 2020/21. Smart Season Passes PREMIUM 2021/22 will be offered to other interested clients in the advance sale already in autumn 2021 at prices from EUR 459/PLN 1999/CZK 11990.
No, once you pay the respective surcharge and have your validity period extended for the 2021/22 season, you will get a Season Pass valid in all TMR resorts in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria. In total, you can ski in 4 countries on more than 200 kilometres of pistes. The season pass can be used for night skiing in Jasná, Špindlerův Mlýn, Ještěd and Szczyrk (SMR) as well. In addition, there won’t be any crossed-out days of the season and other limitations. 
The advance sale of new Smart Season Passes and 2021/22 ski passes begins in autumn 2021.
All 1-year Ještěd WINTER 2020/21 Smart Season Passes and 3-year JEŠTĚD FOR 3 YEARS Passes will be extended for 1 more winter season without surcharges automatically.
There won’t be any days crossed-out of the season. Smart Season Pass holders will have a 15% discount in selected gastronomy facilities and Tatry Motion shops. The offer also includes night skiing in all resorts that will offer it: Jasná, Ještěd, Špindlerův Mlýn and Szczyrk (SMR).
Smart Season Passes PREMIUM 2021/22 will be offered at prices from EUR 459/PLN 1999/CZK 11990 in the advance sale in autumn 2021.
Every Smart Season Pass price depends on the age group as defined in price lists and on the General Terms and Conditions, so it is different. Prices of discounted Smart Season Passes are published on the websites of individual resorts.
There are no crossed-out days for Smart Season Passes PREMIUM 2021/22.
FAST PASSes that enable skiing without waiting will be available under conditions defined by individual resorts at ticket offices in individual resorts during the 2021/22 winter season.  
The ski season lasts 10 months in the Mölltaler Gletscher resort. We suppose that considering the conditions, skiing should be available for Smart Season Pass holders on the glacier soon. But it will depend on the overall development of the situation and precautions. The Ankogel resort is opened only during the 2021/2022 winter season depending on weather and snow conditions.
Ski resorts can be opened only once approved by national authorities that guarantee the stability of the situation and safety of skiers. We have been following the recommendations and regulations of individual bodies, have adopted all necessary preventative measures and will continue with them if needed to guarantee maximum safety to the visitors of our mountain resorts.
The last season did not make our Smart Season Pass holders very happy so we decided to offer a special compensation kind outside of the originally announced Smart Compensation system. The validity period of Smart Season Passes can be extended at a surcharge based on the completed skiing days. This is a limited special offer meant to our most loyal clients. New clients can buy their Smart Season Passes at prices published on the websites of resorts in autumn.
In such case, based on the General Terms and Conditions, a medical report has to be delivered within 10 working days after being issued to prove the Smart Season Pass cannot be used. Based on the report, the Smart Season Pass can be transferred to another holder of the same age group. There are no surcharges for individual age groups available.  
Nobody wishes this to happen. We really hope all adopted measures will help solve the situation with the COVID-19 illness, and popular tourist and ski resorts will come back to life again. But should mountain resorts stay closed despite precautions also during the 2021/22 winter season or be opened only for a part of the season, our clients will be compensated for the limitations based on the same Smart Compensation model as in the 2020/21. For more details, please read the GTC. 
The advance sale of season passes and ski passes for the 2021/22 winter season is planned for autumn 2021.
In such case, we will proceed based on the rules of the Smart Compensation and you will be returned credit to your GOPASS account based on the number of completed skiing days and the days when resorts had to be closed due to the restrictions. We respect your decision, but as the conditions under which one can get a Smart Season Pass for the 2021/22 season are really attractive we suggest thinking it over once again. The special offer regarding the referral of Smart Season Passes for all TMR resorts to the 2021/22 season under the best conditions meant for holders of Smart Season Passes 2020/21 is limited and won’t be repeated.
